Title: Supply Center Specialist/Inventory Clerk

Location: Collegeville, PA 19426

Duration: 12 Months

Pay: $25/hr.

Schedule: Part-Time (20 hrs/week), flexible schedule with 3–4 onsite days/week

Travel locally as needed (mileage reimbursed).

Summary:

  • Seeking a Supply Center Specialist to support client’s on-site Customer Supply Center. Responsibilities include inventory management, stocking, merchandising, customer service, order management, and supporting promotional events.
  • Training will be provided by a retiring employee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory, receiving, stocking, replenishment, and audits.
  • Maintain merchandising, branding, and organization standards.
  • Provide customer support and resolve product-related inquiries.
  • Monitor orders, usage trends, and inventory through internal systems.
  • Support product promotions, events, and growth initiatives.
  • Communicate customer feedback and market trends to commercial teams.
  • Assist with training and onboarding new team members.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Science degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, retail, sales, laboratory, or related field.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs., stand for extended periods.
