Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisor – You play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment that promotes long‑term recovery. You will partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents. Requirements LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist), or LSAT. Experience with substance use disorders. Experience with opioid treatment preferred. Ability to supervise licensed eligible employees preferred. Responsibilities Assesses and develops overall clinical services. Oversees counseling department staffing. Provides in‑service training to clinical staff on a regularly scheduled basis. Monitors clinical records regularly for quality and compliance with State, Federal, and any grant/funding source regulations. Conducts mock inspections. Responsible for maintaining CSAC accreditation status for all clinical aspects of care. Manages a caseload and fills in for absent counselors as needed.
