Intake Coordinator (Fully Remote)

- Facilitates intake, admission, and outreach for incoming patients, including insurance eligibility checks and assigning clients to clinical outreach specialists.
- Maintains enrollment documentation, databases, logs, and census sheets while recording interactions in the operating system.
- Works cross-functionally with sales, outreach, care delivery, and RCM teams, and answers incoming calls and emails.
