About the Role:

Experienced Field Supervisor with commercial cabinet installation skills. The qualified candidate must be able to oversee commercial cabinet installation projects from start to finish. Installation projects mainly include cabinets, laminate or solid surface countertops, and specialty millwork. You will collaborate with project managers, installers, shop employees, and superintendents to understand installation requirements and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the process. This role demands attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the seamless integration of commercial millwork products into customer environments, supporting the company’s reputation for excellence and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial cabinet installation work.
• Experience managing project scope and schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and manuals.
• Ability to work with and supervise multiple teams.
• Familiarity with safety standards such as OSHA regulations.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 lbs. (alone, with assistance, or with mechanical assistance)
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Required to have a smart phone.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Field Supervisor and crew management experience.
• Technical certification or vocational training related to manufacturing or installation.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot installation issues on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Approach all work with a positive attitude towards teammates, supplies, and customers.
• Mentor installers to ensure that Red Mountain Woodworking standards are being taught and adhered to.
• Coordinate with superintendents to schedule and ensure site readiness prior to field measure visits.
• Create field staff schedules, delegate crew tasks, inspect completed work, and monitor daily field operations.
• Work within schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Participate in pre-production project review meetings.
• Prior to installation, discuss each project with the assigned installer team to ensure their understanding.
• Work with the General Contractor's Superintendent to coordinate field activities before, during and after installation.
• Visit job site visits for field measures/confirming site readiness, ensuring that installation standards are being met, and/or performing quality control.
• Ensure that installers follow all company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices during installation tasks.
• Ability to work overtime, as needed.
