Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as an onsite School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a rewarding contract position located near Kokomo, IN. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible 3-day-per-week schedule—you choose which days work best with your lifestyle—providing a total of 21.75 hours each week. You’ll work closely with an SLPA to serve a manageable caseload of approximately 55 students, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality therapy and support.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid SLP license in the state of Indiana and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
• Solid knowledge of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and speech-language assessment tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to cultural competence and building inclusive environments for diverse student populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted speech-language therapy to assigned students.
• Collaborate with an SLPA to efficiently manage caseload and service delivery.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Document progress notes, maintain confidentiality, and follow all relevant school and district procedures.
• Engage with families and educators to maximize student outcomes and support.
