In this essential role, you’ll primarily focus on evaluations, report writing, and participating in ARD meetings—allowing you to utilize your expertise without counseling service responsibilities. Covering 2-3 schools within a community of five, you’ll collaborate with educational teams and help shape positive outcomes for students.

Desired Qualifications and Credentials:

• Active School Psychologist certification or relevant state credential
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience with psychoeducational testing, evaluations, and report writing for K-12
• Strong familiarity with special education regulations and ARD/IEP processes
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for K-12 students
• Prepare detailed, timely reports summarizing assessment findings and recommendations
• Participate actively in ARD meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Serve 2-3 schools within a close-knit district, adapting to diverse student needs
• Support special education eligibility determinations, providing professional guidance as needed
