AI-Driven IT Transition Manager

IBM Consulting is seeking a Transition Manager to lead planning, execution, and monitoring of transition services across IT landscapes. You will apply agile transition methods and coordinate with CIOs and IT teams to ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities to IBM or IBM host centers.
You will leverage ITIL, IT governance, and KPI concepts to shape plans, manage scope and risk, and advocate IBM GenAI solutions in transition.
