What You’ll Do Review and prepare individual, partnership, and S-Corp tax returns in compliance with federal and state regulations. Collaborate with leadership to design and execute tax strategies that help clients maximize outcomes. Provide guidance on credits, deductions, and tax planning opportunities. Review work completed by junior staff and ensure accuracy before submission. Maintain strong client relationships, offering support and clarity throughout the tax process. Stay up to date on tax law changes and filing requirements. Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transitions into the firm’s systems. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in tax preparation (S-Corp and individual returns preferred). Experience with QuickBooks and familiarity with high‑volume or complex tax filings. EA or CPA designation preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
