Registered Nurse- Emergency Department- Regional Float (Midnights)

Overview BestChoice/MISS is a system-wide, contingent, float pool which offers the opportunity for an RN to work in a variety of settings throughout Henry Ford Health System. Nurses working with us float to where staffing needs are identified, which may be ongoing to fill an employee's hours on leave, call-ins, census increases, or vacation coverage. BestChoice/MISS offers flexibility, allowing an RN to work as often or as little as desired with minimal commitment. Two years of related clinical nursing experience in the area of interest and a demonstrated level of performance and practice required. Willingness to float to multiple locations. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Certifications/Licensures Required Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications.
