Enhabit Home Health & Hospice
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Therapy Assistant to administer intermittent therapy services in the home setting. You will educate patients and families and coordinate with the health care team to follow the established plan of care. Ideal candidates hold state licensure, have at least one year of LTA experience, and demonstrate basic technology skills, including mobile devices.
