This is an opportunity to join an emerging technology organization and work closely with customers adopting next-generation AI capabilities.Role SummaryThe Customer Success Associate will help customers successfully onboard, adopt, and realize value from an enterprise AI platform. This role will serve as a primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of customers while partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to address technical questions, capture feedback, and improve the customer experience. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills with technical curiosity and a practical understanding of how AI and automation can improve business workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of customer accounts, providing responsive and consultative support.Guide customers through onboarding, platform adoption, business system integrations, and identification of high-value AI workflows.Help customers understand the capabilities and limitations of AI-powered workflows and establish realistic expectations for successful adoption.Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement to proactively identify adoption risks, unresolved issues, and expansion opportunities.Translate customer questions, product feedback, and technical issues into clear requirements for Product and Engineering teams.Document and track customer requests, feature ideas, technical issues, and commitments using CRM and project management systems.Analyze feedback related to AI-generated outputs and workflows to help technical teams identify opportunities for product improvement.Prepare and deliver customer check-ins, status updates, and business reviews using account, product usage, and support data.Leverage AI tools and automation to improve customer success processes while maintaining accountability for the accuracy and quality of customer-facing work.Help develop scalable customer success playbooks, templates, processes, and automated workflows as the organization grows.Additional DetailsFully onsite 5 days a weekWork closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teamsHigh-growth environment requiring autonomy, adaptability, discretion, and strong ownershipOpportunity to work hands-on with AI-powered workflows and help shape how customers adopt emerging technology
