•Case Mix: General Neurosurgery with Cranial and Spinal procedures

•EMR System: Epic
•Office Equipment Available: Robotics available at both hospitals
•Specialty Backup Available: Full hospital support
•Support Staff Available: Neurosurgery team, OR staff, RNs, APPs
•Reason for Coverage: Group expansion

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
•Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
•Temporary Privileges Available: TBD
•Credentialing Timeline: TBD

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
•Rate: $750,000 base salary
•Signing Bonus: $50,000
•Start Date Incentive: $50,000
•Relocation & Benefits: $14,000 relocation allowance + full benefits
•Partnership: Full partnership offered in 2 years

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
•Cranial Surgery
•Spinal Surgery
•Use of Robotics

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Licenses: Active GA license (or willingness to obtain)
•Board: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurosurgery
•DEA: Active DEA Certification
•Certifications: BLS, ACLS
•Experience: Cranial and Spinal Neurosurgery experience preferred
•Other Qualifications: Robotic surgery proficiency preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide general neurosurgical care including cranial and spinal procedures
•Participate in 1:4 call rotation
•Perform surgeries at both Carrollton and Villa Rica hospitals
•Utilize available robotics for surgical procedures
•Collaborate with neurosurgery group and hospital staff
•Work toward full partnership within two years
