Petal, MS | $50,000–$55,000 per year

A well-established national restaurant organization is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager (GM) to lead a restaurant in Petal, Mississippi.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant manager who enjoys leading teams, driving sales and profitability, maintaining high operating standards, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth execution
• Hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant employees and management team members
• Build a strong, positive, and accountable restaurant team
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, and productivity
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and restaurant profitability
• Monitor food costs, labor costs, inventory, and operating expenses
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally
• Analyze restaurant performance and implement improvements
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environment

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

• Previous Restaurant General Manager, General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant General Manager experience
• Quick-service restaurant (QSR), fast-casual, or high-volume restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Experience with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development
• Understanding of restaurant P&L, labor costs, food costs, and operational controls
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation

$50,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
