Responsibilities

• Monitor and support SAP integrations with TMS applications, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolutions.
• Provide expert guidance and user support for TMS platforms.
• Leverage analytics tools to improve visibility, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades, data integrations, and process optimization initiatives.
• Document process changes, system updates, and prepare reports on progress and business impact.
• Support strategic business improvement efforts, including freight management system enhancements.
• Maintain data integrity by monitoring key system data and supporting critical transactions.
• Analyze process and data flow issues, recommending solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Work independently on complex assignments, escalating risks, and coordinating solutions.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of experience with transportation management systems, SAP, ERP platforms, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of rail and truck logistics operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience documenting business requirements and system interactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a contractor role in a dynamic environment.

Preferences

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP R/3.
• Experience integrating TMS data into ERP systems.
• Ability to map business processes and demonstrate end-to-end data flow.
• Experience supporting logistics improvement initiatives across truck and rail operations.
