Unlike corporate dentistry, we prioritize outcomes over production and believe dentistry is healthcare, not retail.Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Social Media Content Creator with experience in video content creation, digital marketing, and social media management to support our growing dental brand.This role focuses on creating educational, trust-building content for Instagram and You Tube, including short-form video (Reels, Shorts) and long-form educational content related to dental implants, specialty dentistry, and patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, film, and edit social media content for Instagram and YouTubeDevelop short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks-styIe)Produce educational dental and healthcare contentCollaborate with dentists and specialists to capture in-office video Write SEO-friendIy captions, hooks, and descriptionsMaintain a consistent brand voice focused on education and trust Monitor content performance and optimize engagementRequired QualificationsExperience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketing Content CreatorVideo editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)Strong communication, storytelling, and content planning skillsComfortable working in a healthcare or dental office environment Ability to manage deadlines and content schedulesPreferred QualificationsExperience in dental marketing, healthcare marketing, or medical content creationKnowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and content trendsBasic understanding of SEO, analytics, and social media growthGraphic design experience (Canva or Adobe)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceCreative autonomy with clear brand directionOpportunity to grow with a contrarian dental collectiveHow to ApplyApply with your resume and a well-organized relevant portfolio.Candidates with experience in dental, healthcare, or educational content are encouraged to apply.
