The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized care plans, ensuring safety, dignity, and independence while fostering meaningful engagement through conversation and activities. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, supporting both residents and their families through effective communication.
