Tagalog-Speaking Psychologist (PhD) for AI Training

Apply advanced psychology expertise and bilingual Tagalog-English communication to help evaluate and improve AI-generated psychological content. This remote contract role focuses on case analysis, culturally sensitive content development, psychological assessment, ethical evaluation, and clear documentation. Prior AI experience is not required. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze psychological case studies and supporting documentation, providing detailed feedback and professional insights.
• Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in both Tagalog and English for data enrichment and AI model training.
• Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with established psychological best practices.
• Apply analytical evaluation and ethical decision-making when reviewing psychological materials and model outputs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to contribute psychological perspectives and support solutions for diverse user needs.
• Document evaluation methods, findings, and conclusions clearly and systematically to support transparency and reproducibility.
• Use bilingual communication skills to interpret and refine psychological assessments while preserving meaning across languages and cultural contexts.
• Contribute to case study development and the evaluation of psychological assessments.

• PhD in Psychology.
• Demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
• Native or near-native fluency in Tagalog and English, including the ability to work with complex psychological terminology in both languages.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ethical decision-making.
• Experience developing or evaluating psychological case studies and assessments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey nuanced psychological concepts accurately between Tagalog and English.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multicultural environments.
• Familiarity with digital tools used for remote collaboration and documentation.

Compensation ranges from $100 to $200 per hour.
