Job Description

Propane Operations Manager - Pottstown, PA

We are searching for a perceptive, creative Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, work with customers, develop procedures to increase efficiency and work with employees to increase productivity, looking to grow into a position of more responsibility in the next 2 to 4 years.

To succeed as an operations manager, you should be focused on streamlining operations to maximize quality and efficiency while reducing costs.

You should be analytical, knowledgeable, and organized with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills.

Candidate must have a mechanical background and be able to use hand tools. Experience with low voltage systems 50 volts a plus.

The ideal candidate enjoys performing different tasks as required by the operational tempo and can maintain focus while multi-tasking.
