Receiving Clerk – 213 Lancaster Store Location: 1450 W. Pleasant Run Rd. Lancaster, California, 75146 United States Position Summary: Under direct supervision of the Store Director, the Receiving Clerk will be responsible for the entire operation of the receiving department, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods, accurate documentation, and proper storage. The role requires physical stamina for lifting up to 60 pounds, frequent lifting of 25–45 pounds, and involves standing, walking, and kneeling throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities: Receive, verify, and process incoming goods in accordance with store policies. Maintain accurate records of received items and reconcile discrepancies. Assist in inventory management and rotating stock. Communicate effectively with vendors, team members, and management. Adhere to safety and health regulations while handling merchandise. Qualifications: Read and write Spanish and English; communicate with general public and co‑workers. Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, price codes, shelf tags, and memos. Present information clearly in one‑on‑one and small group settings to customers and coworkers. Apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions. Physical Requirements: Regularly lift up to 25 pounds. Frequently lift up to 45 pounds. Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds. Must stand, walk, and kneel during shift. Preferred Qualifications: Basic PC/Outlook skills. Retail Management Certificate.
