About the Role:
Join The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill as a FOH Shift Lead, where you'll play a crucial role in creating an exceptional customer experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Train and mentor new team members on service standards and procedures.
• Manage daily operations, including cash handling and inventory control.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Assist in developing promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive demeanor.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
