Employment Type Part-time Requirements Dentrix Eaglesoft Infection Control License Licensed dental hygienist Valid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Minimum two years of dental hygiene experience; pediatric dentistry exposure preferred. Proficiency in electronic dental record systems, ideally Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, preventive care, and infection control protocols. Skilled in chairside assisting, vital signs measurement, and medical imaging procedures. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality. Excellent communication abilities for patient education and team collaboration. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail. Job Description Provide thorough dental hygiene services including teeth cleaning, fluoride application, and dental sealants. Assist the dentist during procedures utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques for optimal efficiency and patient comfort. Perform diagnostic imaging (X-rays) while maintaining strict infection control and aseptic techniques. Accurately maintain and update patient records using electronic medical record systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix, ensuring HIPAA compliance. Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventive care to support improved health outcomes. Monitor patient vital signs and medical histories to identify concerns and support referrals as needed. Ensure sterilization and proper handling of dental instruments, adhering to infection control standards. Document clinical procedures thoroughly and assist with medical coding when required. Support general and pediatric dentistry, providing compassionate care to all patient age groups. Collaborate effectively with the dental team to maintain smooth workflow and high-quality care delivery. Benefits Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Fridays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. No weekends or evening shifts required.
