QA Operations Lead - 3rd Shift

QA Operations Lead Alcon is hiring a QA Operations Lead to support the Quality & Regulatory Affairs function, ensuring compliance with global, local, and internal regulations. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for team-related issues and concerns. Handle complex tasks and contribute to advanced quality management projects within manufacturing and distribution processes. Make significant decisions within your project area to influence outcomes. Monitor product quality at different stages and resolve non-conformances promptly. Maintain relevant documentation and records. Conduct independent research and thought leadership activities to optimize outcomes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, adhering to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following SOPs, maintaining accurate documentation, and completing required training. Commit to continuous improvement in operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (or high school +8 years; Associate’s +4 years). Proficiency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English. Job Details Shift: 3rd Shift (Monday–Friday, 10:45pm–6:45am CST). Travel requirement: 0–10%. Relocation assistance: None.
