Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Description

Join our Quality Team to plan and conduct activities related to the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products. You will be responsible for planning and conducting analysis, inspection, testing, and integration to ensure quality products and components. Utilize statistical process control (SPC) methods to evaluate current processes and implement changes for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Quality Team to plan and conduct quality assurance activities.
• Plan and conduct analysis, inspection, testing, and integration to assure quality products and components.
• Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods for data analysis to evaluate current processes and process changes.
• Document data obtained during quality assurance activities in accordance with company policies.
• Develop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.
• Communicate significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provide recommended process improvements.
• Prepare and present technical reports and program information on the results of quality assurance activities.
• Maintain a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma practices, and ISO-9001 experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, with Black Belt being a plus.
• Proficient in Minitab and MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Project management experience.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hartland, WI.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Hartland,WI.

This position is anticipated to close on Aug 14, 2026.
