RN – Geriatric Behavioral Health – Travel Contract

Requirements:

• Active PA or Compact RN License
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
• Experience with geriatric, behavioral health, medical-surgical, or long-term care patients preferred
• First-time travelers welcome

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to geriatric patients with behavioral health and medical needs
• Assess, monitor, and manage patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other psychiatric diagnoses
• Administer medications and treatments
• Support safe discharge planning and patient education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
