Accounts Receivable Processor
Overview
The candidate will work as an Accounts Receivable Processor , handling incoming payments and processing checks while ensuring accurate reconciliation of employer contributions in a high-volume transactional environment. They will also be responsible for managing customer inquiries and maintaining contracts related to trust funds.
Skill Requirements
Must-Have:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or payment processing
- Proficiency in cash application or payment posting
- Strong reconciliation skills
- High accuracy in data entry
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
Preferred:
- Experience with trust fund administration
- Knowledge of pension or benefits administration
- Familiarity with banking operations and lockbox processing
- Healthcare administration experience

Pay: $25/hr W2
