Compensation Base salary: $87,000‑$105,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities. Sign‑on bonus available up to $10,000 for a limited time. Manageable caseloads with a 25‑billable expectation for work‑life balance. What You'll Be Doing Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans. Deliver play‑based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals. Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and behavior technicians. Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes. Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development. The Role We are seeking a full‑time BCBA to join our hybrid team, blending in‑center clinical work with remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision. Key Responsibilities Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high‑quality, individualized care. Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs. Conduct assessments and track progress through data‑driven decision making. Supervise and support behavior technicians/RBTs. Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and comply with regulations. Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards. Requirements Active BCBA Certification (required). Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required. Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
