Woody Folsom CDJR Douglas is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Douglas, GA. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone who entrusts us with their vehicle care. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and determine their automotive service needs.
- Provide accurate service estimates and communicate necessary repairs or maintenance to customers.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with the service technicians.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding vehicle status and completion times.
- Manage customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all vehicle service documentation is complete and accurately recorded.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance practices is a plus.
