We’re seeking a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our vibrant team. Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced RDH, you can choose your preferred hours—including evenings, daytime, and Saturdays—to fit your lifestyle. Requirements

• Eaglesoft
• Licensed dental hygienist

Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Massachusetts
New graduates welcome to apply
Experience with electronic health records and digital radiography (Eaglesoft and Schick preferred)
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as outlined

Job Description

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and screenings
Provide professional dental cleanings and preventive care, including scaling and root planing
Educate patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention
Take and interpret digital radiographs using Schick sensors
Maintain accurate patient records utilizing Eaglesoft paperless software
Use advanced dental hygiene instruments such as Cavitron ultrasonic scalers and high-quality scaler cassettes
Collaborate with dentists and orthodontists to support patient treatment plans
Uphold infection control, safety, and sterilization protocols
Participate in ongoing education and team learning opportunities

Shift & Schedule

Choose your start and end times Monday through Thursday
Available shifts include:
Split shifts (8 AM–1 PM and 2 PM–8 PM) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Evening shifts (3 PM–8 PM, 4 PM–8 PM, or 5 PM–8 PM) Monday through Thursday
Saturday shifts (8 AM–3 PM) with flexible start and end times
Full daytime shifts (8 AM–5 PM) also available
No Sunday hours; selected Fridays for orthodontic support
