What we're looking for:

• Current Kansas SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience delivering SLP services within a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfort managing diverse caseloads across multiple grade levels
• Openness to hybrid service models (onsite and virtual)

Key role responsibilities:

• Full-time middle school: Serve a caseload of 45–50 students at two campus locations
• Full-time elementary: Support 50–55 students across two schools
• Part-time elementary: Provide care for a smaller caseload of 20 students
• Conduct evaluations, develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure optimal student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver both direct and consultative services as needed
• Effectively document progress and adapt strategies for student growth
