Are you a motivated oil and gas professional with a passion for field operations? We are seeking a dedicated Lease Operator to oversee and optimize production at our Andrews location. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic to intermediate pumping duties, including tank gauging, operating heater/treaters, phase separators, valves, and seals.
• Accurately read, record, and analyze meter readings and production data daily.
• Conduct visual inspections of surface equipment for leaks, defects, and damage.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Manage daily production reports and coordinate between pumpers during rotating shifts.
• Lead by example in safety, maintenance, and recordkeeping.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in oil and gas field operations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Prior gas lift experience.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with SCADA systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with surface equipment troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.
• Experience in production reporting and recordkeeping.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in oil and gas operations, especially with pumping and production systems.

Other Requirements:

• Must have valid driver's license and pass ongoing drug and alcohol screening.
• Ability to work on a rotation schedule: 10 days on / 3 days off, then 5 days on / 3 days off.
• Location proximity: Candidates must be within 45 minutes to 1 hour of Andrews, Texas when on call.
• Must be safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
