Overview

The Department of Radiology at Loyola University Chicago (LUC) Stritch School of Medicine invites candidates to be considered for full-time faculty position in Diagnostic Radiology with primary responsibilities at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn. The department provides excellent technology and information systems in a supportive and collegial environment. Radiologists will be equipped with home workstations for remote rotations and call coverage.

Responsibilities

Join a growing Radiology Department of over 50 subspecialized radiologists supporting clinical services across Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, and associated ambulatory care centers. Practice includes clinical coverage, teaching of residents and fellows, and participation in clinical and translational research efforts as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in radiology; fellowship training in abdominal imaging, MRI, or neuroradiology is preferred.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois at the time of hire.
• Interest and experience in research and educational innovation is encouraged.
• There are 28 residents and 1 abdominal imaging fellow; resident and fellow teaching are integral to the department's mission.
