NEW Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Opportunity - Full-Time
Monterey County California


A well-established primary care clinic is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with excellent compensation and a consistent schedule.


Position Details:

• Full-time, permanent role
• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts + every other Saturday
• Outpatient primary care setting
• Treat patients from newborns to geriatrics
• Collaborative team environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• $176,000 - $233,000/year
• Full benefits package
• Stable, long-term opportunity

Requirements:

• Active California NP license
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current national certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)
• Current BLS required (ACLS preferred if applicable)
• Minimum 5+ years of primary care clinic experience required
• Comfortable seeing all age groups
• Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred
