Join a mission-driven team providing trauma-informed mental health services to youth in foster care and the families who support them.In this role, you'll deliver home- and community-based counseling services focused on emotional healing, placement stability, and long-term family success. You'll partner closely with foster families, biological families, child welfare agencies, and internal care teams to support youth through complex life transitions.What You'll DoProvide individual, family, and group counseling to youth involved in the foster care systemLead family-centered interventions that strengthen relationships and promote stabilityConduct intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, and ongoing clinical documentationRespond to crises and provide on-call or scheduled crisis support as neededCoordinate care and case management with DCF/child welfare, schools, and community providersParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings to guide treatment planningDeliver services in homes, schools, and community settingsWhat We're Looking ForMaster's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related fieldLicensed or license-eligible (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT or equivalent)Experience or strong interest in foster care, child welfare, trauma, or family systemsAbility to work independently in the community and collaborate within a teamStrong clinical documentation and organizational skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: $68,000–$75,000Meaningful, mission-driven work supporting foster youth and familiesSupportive leadership and collaborative clinical teamOngoing training and professional developmentBenefits package (health, PTO, holidays, CE support, etc.)Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care.
