As Plumbing Supervisor, you'll oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across a variety of residential projects. You'll play a key role in quality control and ensuring compliance with industry standards.At CLCS, we provide full remodel and renovation services to residential properties, commercial construction projects, and rental properties throughout the Memphis area. Join a company that values leadership, expertise, and results.Plumbing Manager Duties & ResponsibilitiesSchedules, coordinates, and offers operational assistance for technicians to satisfy customer needs and standardsReview technician's work to ensure quality and meet the established standards, techniques, and safety requirementsProvide training programs to ensure that technicians are properly educated about the latest service techniques, equipment, general working conditions, and safety proceduresRegularly communicates with the dispatch to ensure that technicians are appropriately scheduled according to the level of skill, efficiency, and training needsMonitor and evaluate budgets, targets, and objectives to ensure company profitabilitySpecifies and ensures that the parts needed are ordered promptly to guarantee meeting deadlinesCommunications with vendors and suppliers on warranty problems, product recall reports, and product operating issuesCollaborate on the company and departmental goals and objectives with other managersPlumbing Manager RequirementsFive years of related experience in managing plumbing techniciansHigh school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalentEducation from college, trade school, or militaryValid driver's licenseReliable, detailed oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling several tasksRecognize a thorough understanding of the plumbing industryThe ability to know local codes and to use available resources to find solutionsEfficient management skills to improve the productivity of teams and work standardsWith valid vehicle insurance • With reliable transportationHas the ability to work off Apps on a smart phoneShould become a journeyman or Master plumber within 6 months, if not alreadyBe able to pass a background and drug screeningCityLight Commercial Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer
