We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the department's daily operations, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. This entry-level position offers excellent exposure to all aspects of HR and is ideal for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in human resources. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records Support onboarding and orientation for new hires. Respond to employee questions and address concerns in a timely manner. Support management Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies. Operate office machines and manage filing systems (paper/electronic). Train employees in office practices, policies, and procedures (for advanced roles). Provide guidance for complex problems or escalated complaints (for advanced roles). Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency with office software. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Helpful, approachable, and solution-oriented attitude. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED; One year of experience in human resources/ administrative assistant preferred.
