Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents. Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions. Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling. Qualifications: Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads. Professional and courteous telephone manner.
