Big Time Pest Control is BOOMING and we are very excited to be adding another phenomenal team member to grow our current DYNAMIC DUO to a POWER TRO in our Pest Control Department. We have an amazing group of vibrant, hard working people here in the office, and we are thrilled to add another vibrant person to our group. Our Specialist will

• First person customers will speak with via phone, text or email - you will be the super hero to happily resolve customer concerns and requests!
• Answer incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Lead with empathy and a service mindset, you'll keep integrity and excellence at the forefront as you coordinate service, resolve issues and support overall satisfaction to help the company maintain and grow customers.
• Monitor, update and maintain customer databases with accurate customer information including call details, payments, and other information.
• Work in a fast paced, supportive & lively atmosphere.
• Proficiently navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules don't worry, we will train you!
