Specimen Processor I Part Time

Labcorp seeks a part-time Specimen Processor I in Mobile, Alabama to prepare clinical specimens for testing in a high-throughput laboratory environment. The role involves specimen accessioning, labeling, routing, and data entry across a Monday-Friday evening shift.
Responsibilities
- Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing
- Unpack, route, identify, label, and pack specimens for testing facilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information
- Resolve and document problem specimens
- Meet department activity and production goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable handling biological specimens
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Proficiency in MS Office
