JobSummary

Thispositionisresponsibleformaintainingahigh-energy,positiveenvironment,wherebehaviorsthatsupportclient-centricserviceareconsistentlydemonstrated.TheAssistantSalonDirectorhelpsdrivestoreperformance,fosterssuperiorclientservice,andmaintainsoperationalexcellencetomeetorexceedestablishedproductivitygoals.ThisindividualwillmanageandsuperviseTanningConsultantstoachievecompanygoalsandwillleadbyexampleinallcompanyoperations.TheAssistantSalonDirectorfostersasenseofurgencytoachieveobjectivesandholdstheteamaccountablefordeliveringanexceptionalclientexperience.

Tasks&Responsibilities:

Responsibilitiesandessentialjobfunctionsincludebutarenotlimitedtothefollowing:

Monitorandmanagedailyoperationsofthesaloninafast-pacedenvironment.
Leadbyexampleinallcompanyoperationsincludingcreatingaclient-centricexperienceandmeetingpersonalsalesexpectations.
Maintainaprofessionalandimpeccablycleansalonenvironment.
EstablishescleargoalsandobjectivesforTeamMembers.
Providescoaching,training,andfeedbacktoimproveTeamMembers’dailyperformance.
Generatesalesreports,maintaininventory,andassistwithotherSalonDirectorfunctions.
AssisttheSalonDirectorincontrollingtoplinerevenueandexpenses.
Helptomaintainproperstaffinglevelstoensuremaximumproductivityandexcellentcustomerservicewhilealsocontrollinglaborcosts.
AbilitytoworknightsaswellasSaturdaysandSundaysasrequiredtoprovidemanagementcoverage.
Hasreliableabilityandtransportationtogotothebankasneeded.
Candidateshouldexpecttoworkfivedaysperweek,andapproximatelya35-40hourworkschedule.

Experience:

Collegeeducationpreferredbutnotrequired.
Managementand/orSalesexperiencerequired.
BasicComputerskills(abilitytouseWord,Excel,andOutlook)
Abilitytomanageeffectivelyinafast-pacedenvironment,managingmultiplesituationssimultaneously.
Knowledgeofclientservicetechniquesandoperationalpractices.
Problem-solvingandorganizational/planningskills.
Strongleadershipsskills,withtheabilitytocoachandmentorwhilehavingknowledgeofsupervisorypracticesandprocedures.
