Holiday Guest Services Associate | Kansas City, MO Seasonal Opportunity | November-January | $19ph. Help Create Holiday Magic This Season! LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a client in Downtown Kansas City who is looking to hire a for a fun seasonal opportunity where you can be part of a memorable holiday experience and help create a warm, welcoming environment for thousands of guests visiting one of the area's most anticipated holiday attractions. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in festive environments, and want to be part of a team that brings holiday cheer to families and visitors throughout the season. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and holiday spirit
• Assist with ticket sales, ticket scanning, and guest check-in
• Provide directions, venue information, and event support
• Monitor and assist with attraction and ride operations (training provided)
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns in a friendly manner
• Support crowd flow and guest experience throughout the venue
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Work closely with event leaders and fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Help create memorable experiences for guests of all ages

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, tourism, or event experience preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful during busy periods
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible schedule available, however MUST be available to work 2-3+ days per week throughout the season with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday dates

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

• November 20-January 4
• Operating Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM daily
• Thanksgiving: Closed
• Christmas Eve: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Christmas Day: Closed

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
