Description Fort Miller Precast seeks a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Control Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our operations and customer commitments. This position works closely with Production, Sales, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure schedules are met, inventory is accurate, and customers receive timely, high-quality service. - Create and maintain production schedules to support operational and customer requirements
- Coordinate deliveries with internal teams and third-party trucking companies
- Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counting
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, scheduling, and delivery
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Team Leaders, and Operations to support business objectives
- Maintain accurate records and communicate changes clearly and professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette
- Experience with MS Excel required along with the ability to quickly learn new computer programs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities effectively
- Familiarity with construction drawings desired
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on workload demands
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with individuals at all levels, both internal and external
