Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and cohesive client care.

• Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols in accordance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, ensuring client trust and safety are prioritized.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base comprises individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults, who seek assistance for a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field is essential.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience, ideally within an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR). Familiarity with tools such as Therapy Notes or similar software is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
