Commercial Construction Superintendent

Tegrity Contractors is a mid-sized general contractor specializing in government and commercial construction. In business since 1998, we offer stability, steady growth, and a strong backlog of repeat work.
We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations in Midland, TX. This role oversees daily field activities, manages subcontractors, ensures safety and quality, and keeps projects on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Enforce safety and quality standards
- Maintain project schedules and documentation
- Communicate with Project Managers and clients
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial construction with ground up experience
- Government project experience preferred
- Strong leadership and scheduling skills
- OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 preferred)
