Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Join a skilled nursing facility in Santa Clara, CA as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or post-acute care settings preferred.
• Ability to provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric populations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restorative therapy programs and fall prevention strategies.
• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern varies; schedule examples include Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday.
• 40 hours guaranteed to start the assignment.
• Flexibility to work variable 5x8 schedules.
