We are looking for a reliable caregiver who enjoys helping others while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. Position Details Location: Baldwin, WI Schedule: 1–2 days per week, typically 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Weekend Availability: Every other weekend, typically one day or the other, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Position: Part-time Responsibilities Assist the client with daily living and personal care tasks Provide companionship and support throughout the day Assist with transportation to and from appointments Help with everyday activities and maintain a safe, comfortable environment Follow the client’s care plan while encouraging independence and choice Communicate professionally with the client, family members, and the SYNERGY HomeCare team Complete required documentation accurately Qualifications Dependable, compassionate, and patient Comfortable working independently in a client’s home Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Able to assist with driving the client to and from appointments Successful completion of a background check Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred but not required Ideal Candidate We are specifically seeking a male caregiver who is dependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing hands‑on assistance and transportation support.
