Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a proficient manner to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization.
• Monitor procedures and patient status, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient care and conditions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Comply with all established protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Florida or compact state license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• 5 years of nursing experience preferred, with specialized Cath Lab experience.
• Minimum of 500 hours at cardiothoracic surgical site or facility conducting 500+ PCIs annually.
• AHCA fingerprinting required for Florida placements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
