MIG WelderLocation: Clinton, Tennessee Type: 6 month Contract Compensation: $21.00 Work Model: Onsite – onsiteResponsibilitiesOperate MIG/GMAW equipment to fuse steel, carbon plate, or structural metals according to technical blueprints.Adjust voltage, amperage, wire feed speeds, and shielding gas flow rates for optimal weld pools.Inspect completed welds for cracks, porosity, or structural flaws, and clean/maintain welding gear.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED plus 1 to 2 years of professional MIG/GMAW welding experience.Ability to read technical drawings, interpret welding symbols, and pass practical position weld tests.Capacity to stand for long periods, wear safety gear, and lift heavy materials up to 50–75 lbs.System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
