Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Dublin | Afternoons 2-6 PM Monday-Friday| Paid Training - No Experience Required

Looking for a part-time job that fits around your classes and makes your résumé stand out once you graduate? At BlueSprig, you'll spend your afternoons helping children with autism learn to communicate, make friends, and gain independence - and you'll leave every shift knowing you made a real difference.

No experience? No problem. We'll pay you to learn, and we'll support you in earning your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential - one of the most in-demand entry-level credentials in healthcare and education.

Why Students Love This Job

• A schedule built around class: Afternoon shifts from 2:00-6:00 PM, so your mornings stay free for lectures, labs, and studying.
• Paid training from day one: We teach you everything you need to know - you get paid while you learn.
• A credential that goes with you: Earn your RBT certification with our support - a big plus for programs in psychology, ABA, special education, speech-language pathology, OT, nursing, and pre-med.
• Real clinical experience: Work hands-on with a clinical team led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who mentor and coach you.
• A clear path to grow: Many of our BCBAs and clinical leaders started as BTs. If ABA becomes your career, we'll help you get there.
• Work that matters: Celebrate first words, new skills, and big wins alongside kids and their families.
