As a Behavior Technician for Autism Services (ABA) , you will play a vital role in empowering our clients and their families with personalized service that supports independence and success. About the Role: As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for: Assisting in the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Working closely with a team of clinical experts to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Providing one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as group therapy sessions, in a home-based setting Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior, and providing feedback to the treatment team Collaborating with parents/caregivers to identify and implement strategies to support their child\'s overall development and well-being Responsibilities: Implement ABA therapy plans, including functional skills training, social skills training, and adaptive skills training Utilize various behavioral interventions to address client behaviors, such as reinforcer-based strategies, and errorless learning techniques Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress, including data collection and reporting Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client treatment plans Provide ongoing training and support to parents/caregivers on strategies to implement and generalize skills learned during therapy sessions Requirements: Prior experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Certification in CPR/First Aid and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances #J-18808-Ljbffr Pivotal-Parenting-Support-LL
