The property manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of the apartment community while overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. This individual will aid in organizing the property's financial information, using this information to make projections, and find areas of improvement for the property. Some key responsibilities consist of marketing and outreach, supervision of property staff, and providing services to residents. The property manager reports directly to the regional manager. This job is perfect for a team player who is motivated by setting and upholding standards to make their property stand out from the rest.
